Our Bread

We offer a range of over 20 styles of rustic sourdough and classical breads, baguettes and buns. Everything is made on-site, baked fresh in the morning, based on classic European method, using only the finest natural ingredients. We are one of the couple of bakeries in Calgary that do not use any commercial mixes or commercial sourdough starters.
